wow, pretty important news that nobody will read because everybody here is either too lazy and will stay in bed til 11, or in uni before they go on sale. Life is rubbish. Maybe i should buy another few hundred...

i have to say i'm vastly unimpressed with that lineup so far secret machines, coheed, the shins, broken social scene, and hope of the states on top of muse and primal scream are really the only ones i want to see i just hope more awesome smaller bands are added soon...

i think it's pretty crap...definately the worst line up i've seen. but there're enough good bands in there to scrape together a good time.

based on my festival experience, sometimes a lineup can look a little crap until you actually get there. i thought the sunday at glasto hardly had anything i would like, but somehow i think it turned out to be my favourite day. that is glasto though, where you are garanteed to have an amazing time despite who is playing. im guessing leeds is similar, but maybe not quite to the same extent.

you dont go to a festival if theres just one band you want to see though. before anyone says anything, theres loads of bands i want to see at V. the main reason i went was radiohead and beck, but not the only reason. id think it was quite an awesome lineup without them two.

I dunno...I really like the V lineup...but would I be there if Radiohead wasn't? doubt it...
EDIT: Same deal with V in 2004...I would've never have gone if The Pixies wern't there...

Did you say Coheed?... lol... thats a change in attitude from before the thrice gig. Hands up all those going to see Slayer for a laugh. I'm so glad i made my mind up to go... and the lock up days haven't even been announced yet... lets hope sunday is a bright sunny day cos Flogging Molly and Less Than Jake would be especially good... but i might have "lee harvey oswald" so to speak chris carraba. EMO THIS, DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL! Only one other name would make me especially more happy... guess who?

No, I think it's more likely that I'm the only one that likes them. I believe this warrants the use of a smiley... There.
