Just caught this on Five's Milkshake, and it's every bit as good as I remember! Adaptations of Paul Jennings's short stories, brilliant! Absolutely amazing, hilarious, engrossing, and the special effects aren't that bad, and if they ever let me DJ you just KNOW that I'm going to squeeze the theme tune in...
"Have you ever/ever felt like this/have strange things happened/are you going round the twist..."
Anyone remember this?

ah, round the twist...d'you know what, the programmes used to really piss me off, cos they just weren't as good as the books. Uncanny! Unreal! Unbelievable Unbearable! Unseen! Unmentionable! Undone! (those were the titles, spot a pattern?) so fucking great... my favourite was the one about the ice cream that could make you really stupid or really clever.
