fuck, just went to see hostel!! its not really the gore, which is all over the shop, its the sadism, its the screaming which is so unnerving!!!, the dialogue between the victim and the torturerer!!!! the bloke begging for mercy! seriously if you do not have a stomach made of titanium leave well alone, a bloke threw up in the aisles tonite and half the audience left in the last quater hour!!!!!!! this is white hot stuff, its HORRIBLE, chainsaws, drills, surgical instruments, meat cleavers, really, im a hard core gore hound and i found this shit hard to take THIS IS HOT STUFF

this does sound like a very interesting film, but to be honest, im not really a fan of gory horror. its not scary, no matter how much blood they throw in. some of the scariest horror films in my opinion are the ones with very limited amounts of gore.
