i think this is one of those where the semi final should really be the final
morse v poirot all the way!! creek does have some witty lines, though... hmmmm... i think i'm going for all 3... they all have different qualities after all

I feel slightly odd after the way that I voted... it seems an underlying Fervent Xenophobic Televisual Nationalism took over and I completely changed my mind. That, and the dead of Jericho is a good read as well as a good tv programme, and JC just got a bit outlandish after a while. Or are we not allowed to post saying which way we voted?

Despite living in Jericho (or near enough), I went for Jonathan Creek. Sheer entertainment value, man. Morse always seemed stoo stuffy.

but then JC was always a bit flippant about things. *Hmmmm, I wonder how they did it. I KNOW! They used a lever attached to a gun disguised as a tentpole to shoot the carrier pigeon which would've...* at least with Morse, you had the mystery, and BULLINGDON PRISON!

Although I have seen a lot more JC than Morse, I am going with Morse... there is something so loveable about him. JC seems a bit of a get sometimes. Alan Davies is alright though.

Morse is putting up more of a fight than I thought he would... Pyoing! for Oxford-based plotlines and people being murdered the British Way: Politely, and for good reason.
