Simon is THE MAN. Have you heard his voice? It does things to people. It's amazing, most triumphant, as Bill and Ted would say.

Soho Dolls! Noisettes! Both great.
That's all I needed to see...
Cord were OK, bit of a poor man's Muse though. Dartz weren't awful, and their following surprised me. Rumble Strips were OK but they sound like they are ripping off every band that ever existed...
How about you?

How about you? yeah i was impressed with the noisettes (thanks rob) and really enjoyed the sunshine underground hope of the states weren't quite on form - few sound problems at the begining, dead crowd etc. - but it was good to see them rumble strips and soho dolls were alright as well, didn't particualrly like cord though

I enjoyed Cord apart from the front man. TSU were much better than I thought they might be, really glad I went to see them. HOTS were certainly off form, but luckily I went to see them, coz I knew more of the new tracks when I went to see them on Monday night. I didn't really see that many bands, which is a surprise. I did have a lot of fun though, and spoke to some random guy, which is a typical festival activity!

did anyone see jim noir? i thought it was a great set by the man... was a tad disappointed by ocs's live effort tho... sunshine underground, soho dolls, rumble strips, the romance weren't bad...
did any you go to the after party with complete stone roses? decent enough way to end the day i thought

didnt manage to catch Jim Noir. Soho Dolls and TSU were ace, and the rumble strips were so HAPPY. I didn't attend t'aftershow since i had spent far too much and all of us had to go back to Rob's anyhow..

Didn't catch Jim, bloody organising! He is really awesome live though. Loads of random pissing about, taking the piss out of band members, little snippets of music etc. The antics are just as good as the music in my opinion!
