How do people? I finally got around to registering after reading for a while and most of the time just plain forgetting to register.

About me then...Im a second year Aerospace engineer, yep i do know Craig and he's how i found out about the society all of about 2 weeks ago! Spent all last year searching for an Indie society and then this year never got a chance to go to the freshers fair, twas my bad indeed! Anyhoo, I like a broad range of music, and dont even know where to start so i think the best bet would be just to list a few that ive listened to recently, stuff like Biffy Clyro, RYAN Adams (notice DEFINATELY no B), Coheed And Cambria, Architecture in Helsinki, Mae, The Faint, Envelopes...now.must.stop.listing...the list definately goes on and will be posting quite a bit in recommendations i think!

I noticed you may want to make trips to nottingham and i actually am friends with the nottingham indie society (called High Society) committee members as my now ex-girlfriend goes to uni there. (also am a member of it, hope that doesnt mean i cant join this one too! lol!)

I also would have wanted to vote on the Club Night name but too late and none of them really took my fancy anyway, my personal preference would be Oscillate Wildy (after the smiths song, which would be quite appropriate, and is also a good name for a club night!) and it could also have been the opening or closing song!

Anyway thats enough about me for right now because i cant think what else to write!

Is it just random thats the fan? no one else? I would do but you know how much coursework we have to do so next week is out of the question unfortunately! unless i manage to do it all this weekend. hmmmm.

Hehe, started tafreshi's stuff yet? Cool to have you onboard, its goodl to have an aerospace guy and a Coheed fan in the society, i'll get a form for you to sign at some point, but come at out at any point you want, we're having having an indie soc houseparty on the 10th of December, if you're interested.

hmmmm tafreshi's work...nope cant say ive looked at it! i also have stability lab in for friday which hasnt been started either, oops! Yeah i saw that, should be cool!

we are meeting at jabez clegg on monday. that's the 28th for those who are counting. Come along then and you'll be able to sign up. I'm quite drunk though. uh oh...

yeah i will do if i finish my coursework but its in for wednesday so if i dont finish it before monday, which is not likely at all im afraid, i really cant!

Tuesday is the day for work! monday is the day for indie soc meetups!

hehe tis sounding pretty convincing, but still ask craig if you can look at his structures coursework, it takes about 2 solid days to actually do it!

all my essays are done in a day. i'm lazy for weeks on end then i work very hard for a day and its done. you know you can find the time if you really try. that's why the computer cluster stays open all night.
