how did everyone find out about the indie soc/this forum? i'd assume most of you were freshers fair recruits, but it would be interesting to find out...

you know, none of the committee have actually seen the fresher's handbook with our entry in. If someone could bring it along on Monday I personally would love to see it.

Ah, the infamous Freshers' Handbook which I never actually received. They sent me a letter saying "enclosed is your Freshers' Handbook" but, erm, never actually sent me one. That made me think that Manchester didn't like me I found out about the forum from a drunken Ben on that first do at 42s, but t'indie soc in general from freshers' fair.

i read our entry in the handbook over someones shoulder on the bus. a proud moment. we need to do some more advertising and recruiting and thats why i was wondering. people still keep joining the forum and i was wondering if any of it was word of mouth...
