special thanks to laura and craig for their tidying up efforts. no thanks to ben who made poor excuses and didn't clean up at all. boo. also thanks go out to all those who scrubbed vomit off the carpet. again, thats probably loz...no thanks to the sickies. boo.
who the hell squirted shaving foam all over the bathroom? who managed to get soap stuck on the ceiling? who was lying in the bath with a pillow? who moulted glitter all over the carpet? did i really witness people sexing on our armchair? who the hell kept playing our crappy compilation cd we made for random over and over again?
rob...your bombay mix was rank. you promised it would be lovely and it wasn't. boo.

Noooooooo! I've just realise that there is a packet of bombay mix at your house still! Damn it! You need to give it another try Lisa - it is so good. And damn all the people who drank my whiskey too! Not that I needed anymore last night. And I didn't get chance to try the sangria! I missed out on so much last night! Can we repeat next weekend so I can do the other half of things?
I can't believe I missed sexing in the armchair! I was so trashed though... I needed bed. The bathroom was so trashed too. I am so sorry I didn't do any cleaning... I just sat around watching black and white movies. Trust me, it is unlike me not to be cleaning. I just felt so dirty as it was, and I was ill, etc... but seriously, sorry. Will it make up for things if I offer you guys the left over Bombay Mix?

I do honestly apologise for not cleaning up. And I do feel bad for not doing so, but i was still drunk this morning and I wasn't much good at anything. I have had a lot on though - I have just finished my coursework however, which means that tomorrow after lectures I will make up for lost time, and hoover the house and clean up everything. It was a fantastic party though and i'm so pleased lots of people had a grand time. To be fair, i didn't see random or tev cleaning up either I cant take all the blame. I'm rather sleepy, and i'm such a skank. Don't sit next to me in lectures tomorrow!

random went out, tev was asleep, but you managed to get up and go out to eat so you can't have been that drunk. at least rob offered to help. tomorrows too late really. the house is probably cleaner now than its ever been. you didn't do much to help us tidy up before the party either. NO MORE BOMBAY MIX---TAKE IT AWAY!!! oooh my favourite thing last night was andy's card tricks. amazing. (yes i am easily impressed)

So was I! He has a real skill for prestidigitation! How is that for a long word? We should get him to be an entertainer for Insomnia.

Firstly, i am so so sorry about being sick, especially to anyone that got hit by any of it, and the people who reside in the house/cleared it up. Drinking loads hardly ever makes me sick, and I think the last time was sick was over 2 years ago, and it was really strange last night because i felt fine then it was so sudden. I don't know what caused it, if it was not eating enough before, or drinking too fast maybe, because in terms of quantity i hadn't drunk all that much. Actually, the technicalities probably don't make for an interesting read, but i'm so very sorry. After being sick, i thought it was best to go home, as i probably didn't smell good, and i really wanted to change clothes and brush my teeth and stuff, and because i felt rather embaressed. I was really disappointed afterwards as i'd been having a really good time pre-vomit, and everyone was so nice to me, and i imagine i missed alot of good party. If only i'd digested the alcohol better/drank it slower/whatever. Thanks for letting me play the accoustic set too. I really enjoyed it.

i apologise for not cleaning up as well. my excuse is that my contact lenses had fucked up and i could hardly see. i even had an unknown meal in the orange grove (they told me it was a breakfast but it was so dubious taste wise i don't know...)

People were sexing in the living room...so i hid in the kitchen for a while. that was strange.

ah, well, i was relatively sober for the majority of the night. i had only one can of beer, although i suspect it may have got (repeatedly) spiked (by me) with other more dubious beverages. ie. vodka. some traumatic events occurred - the emo-ness and the shagging and the vomit to name a few - and seriously everyone, NEVER EVER sleep next to Alex. she gets pretty protective over her duvet, and this leads to violence....(!) but these were offset by the amazing things - the live music was cool (special thanks to Ben for playing my request), the general atmosphere was happy and christmassy (Random couldn't fail to make anyone feel Christmassy: the first thing he does in the morning is put that santa hat on. good grief) and obviously meeting everyone who i hadn't met, ever ever. interesting. thankyou to everyone that organised the party, it was one of the most fun events i've been to. It's the hiking club's christmas party tonight. I doubt it'll be quite the same...

julia, im sure you had more than just a beer there! was it you who had a can of something that smelt like vomit, or am i confusing you with someone else? my alcohol filled brain wasnt doing a good job of making sense of the night! i wouldnt say the atmosphere was that christmassy though, even though it was great. there were a lot of emo vibes though the acoustic sets were great. i thought nick was brilliant, then jimis was slightly shambolic, but great fun. then ben topped it off with a quality set!

no i really was sober my dear. i don't tend to drink vomit. that was probably that horrible mix of vodka and wine and beer. so no i wasn't entirely sober...but the next day was better. thankyou to ben for the wine, and to random for the malibu, you're both stars! AND we got to watch Back to the Future, fucking ace. well. i didn't watch it exactly. i was talking bollocks to Tev (i'm going to the ball, YEAH) and sleeping. Good party.
